Calling all Account Managers
What we are after:
To appoint an Account Manager with exceptional client rapport to manage, maintain and grow a designated group of clients.
What you will be doing:
Responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and a variety of creative briefs
Servicing incoming leads and ensuring a high level of customer service
Connect with and establish relationships with prospective clients
Foster key relationships long-term
About you:
Have a minimum 2 years’ b2b sales/AM experience, preferably in the merchandise/promotional product industry
Strong relationships builder – you are at home managing and growing clients
Motivated, energetic and enjoy working in an autonomous environment where you can thrive
Possess strong time management skills with proven ability to meet tight deadlines
Great organisational skills
Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced agency environment
And of course, the eye and passion for good design
