WE HAVE CULTIVATED A STRONG NETWORK OF TRUSTED MANUFACTURERS BOTH IN AUSTRALIA AND OFFSHORE.
What sets us apart as Merchgirls are our strong and lasting relationships with our manufacturers. We travel to our factories regularly to not only meet with the owners but to sit beside them to be able to show them how important the quality of our products are to us. We truly believe that spending the time to build relationships with our suppliers shows how passionate we are about our products and builds trust that sees them go that extra mile for us.
Quality starts with our manufacturing
THAT HAS BEEN OUR MOTTO SINCE THE BEGINNING.
Whilst we keep a close eye on the strict standards we have laid out with our key suppliers, we are continuously monitoring the quality through the employment of an independent and trusted Quality Control (QC) facility to check production during the process when we can’t be there.
Once the products land in Australia we conduct our own quality checks to ensure the merch we have created for you is perfect before we send them to you.
The Merchgirls Production and QA Manager has worked for some of Australia’s premium brands and has over 35 years of experience.
We pride ourselves in quality systems
WE ENSURE THAT ALL OUR GOODS WITH THE MERCHGIRLS NAME ON THEM COMPLY WITH ALL GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS.
For offshore inspections we use Sky Asia, an accredited Inspection Company. Sky Asia uses the AQL 2.5 Quality Inspection standard. Further to this, our suppliers hold their own Internationally recognised Quality Accreditations such as SMETA & BSCI.
We are proud to offer sustainable materials and manufacturing practices including RPET (a material made from recycled water bottles), and a strict zero plastic packaging policy across our supply chain.

Merchgirls (pre-Covid) visited our offshore factories regularly, meeting with
our suppliers in their place of work and ensuring all working conditions were above standard.
