I want merch. What products do you offer?
The best ones! Our core product range can be found in our Menu 4.0. We offer stylish & practical products across the following categories: Totes & Clutches, Drinks & Clinks, Stationery & Tech, Mini Mementos, Apparel & Headwear, Premium gifting & Hygiene. All our products are customisable to your brand.
Can you provide Artwork & Design services?
Absolutely. Merchgirls can get super creative with your brand. Our first step is to obtain a brief from you, here we learn more about your business and direction for the merch. Based on this meeting we can offer two options - one being a full Creative Service where our designers take over and look after all elements of design to achieve your dream product or suite. Alternatively, we can provide templates to your team so you can manage artwork on your side. We should also note that we provide detailed mock-ups of your products for sign off prior to production, that way you are clear on everything you will receive!
What do you need from to start the creative process?
This is the easy part. Once we have your order confirmation we require your logo (vector version in eps / ai format), along with Brand Assets, Guidelines and Pantone colours.

Do you ship to multiple locations?
We can arrange delivery to one or multiple locations of your choice. All of our orders include delivery to one metro location however if you would like to arrange deliveries to multiple locations around Australia or internationally this can also be arranged. Our in-house Production team are experienced in providing cost effective and efficient freight solutions. They are also equipped to handle high volume deliveries.
Where does Merchgirls manufacture? Are your factories certified?
We manufacture products at a number of factories, depending on the size of the order, scope and specifications of the job. This includes factories in Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, China and India. Merchgirls only uses suppliers that are accredited by BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) and/or SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit).
Are there minimum order quantities?
Yes, however this quantity varies between products. You will find all of our minimum quantities listed on our Merch Menu along with incremental unit pricing. Please keep in mind that minimum quantities are in place to allow us to provide you with economical pricing based on set up costs.
Can I enquire about custom products that aren’t included on the Merch Menu?
If you have a request for a custom product that is outside of our core range, you are welcome to provide us with further information regarding the product and desired quantity and our team will do our best to provide a solution.
Are all of your products customisable?
Yes, every Merchgirls product can be customised - from a basic logo placement to an all over print with cherries on top. Each product has its own customisation parameters, and this outlined in our Menu specifications per item. We invest time into understanding your goals and making sure each product is a true reflection and extension of your branding.
What is the turnaround time for orders? Do you offer an express service?
The delivery time for your order depends on the product/s selected. Our lead-times range from 2-12 weeks. We also provide an express delivery service for a fee if you require the order sooner than the outlined delivery timeframe.
Do you offer storage or 3PL Services?
For large scale orders, we offer economical solutions for storage, portal ordering systems, pick & pack, 3PL Administration and other nifty logistics. Enquire to learn more.
What are your ethics around sustainability and reducing impact on the environment?
We care about the environment and feel that we have a responsibility to manufacture with mindfulness. To reduce our footprint as much as possible, Merchgirls say NO to individual plastic packaging and our range also includes highly sustainable product fabrications. Our approach is simple.
