Calling all Account Managers

What we are after:

To appoint an Account Manager with exceptional client rapport to manage, maintain and grow a designated group of clients.

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and a variety of creative briefs

  • Servicing incoming leads and ensuring a high level of customer service

  • Connect with and establish relationships with prospective clients

  • Foster key relationships long-term

About you: 

  • Have a minimum 2 years’ b2b sales/AM experience, preferably in the merchandise/promotional product industry

  • Strong relationships builder – you are at home managing and growing clients

  • Motivated, energetic and enjoy working in an autonomous environment where you can thrive

  • Possess strong time management skills with proven ability to meet tight deadlines

  • Great organisational skills

  • Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced agency environment

  • And of course, the eye and passion for good design
