1. What is your role at Merchgirls?
I am Merchgirls' Operations Administrator.

2. Where did you work before joining the Merchgirls team?
Before joining the Merchgirls team, I previously had been working for an RTO here in Melbourne. I also made some extremely tasty Gelato for a couple of years, and yes, I do remember the recipes!

3. What drew you to applying for the role?
I loved the details of the job, the organisation and production, and felt drawn to the creative company. I was also drawn in by the ever impressive strong female team.

4. What is your morning routine?
I love a slow morning with plenty of time to get ready. My mornings are usually filled with a couple hits of the snooze button, wearing my dressing gown until the last minute and lots of fruit juice.

5. If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?
If I could pick one place, it would have to be Antartica. It is just the complete opposite of anything I've ever seen, it doesn't seem real!

6. What is your favourite piece of merch?
The. Rocket. Pens.
I am a huge pen snob, and can confirm that the rocket pens are by far the best in the business. Smooth, sharp and lovely to hold, they're a total dream.

7. Your top 5 office organising gadgets (in order)
1) Labeller!! Top of my list by far. I'm not sure who I'd be without my labeller.
2) A notebook dedicated to lists. Everyone needs a good place to write a great list.
3) Highlighters. Never underestimate the organisational power of a bit of colour.
4) Planner. Yeah digital calendars are great, but physical planners are just next level.
5) Stapler. Simple. Underestimated. Literally keeps things together.
